Message from our CEO

FLAVA, just four girls from the southside of Chicago, ​who did not allow their story define their path. From ​friends to sisters!


FLAVA reclaimed it’s name and rebranded as an all-​girl mentoring program in November 2014. Ronnie, ​served as the primary advisor. Since then, FLAVA has ​successfully mentored over 50 leaders aspiring to be ​professionals in today’s society. FLAVA has proven to ​increase school attendance of participants, increase ​positive behavior, and increase scholar’s grade point ​average each grading period.


Ronnie noticed an influx of displaced youth in ​Indianapolis, IN; where FLAVA House will now bring ​beds to young ladies in need throughout the city.
